About Rev. Darlene Williamson

With a background in early childhood education, pastoral counseling, and coaching, Darlene brings a rare combination of professional training and lived experience to her work. She has spent years serving others—as an educator, ministry leader, mother, and grandmother—guiding individuals through life’s transitions, challenges, and moments of uncertainty.

Through her signature framework, she helps women, teens, and children identify their gifts, abilities, talents, and experiences, and transform that understanding into clarity, confidence, and actionable direction. Her programs are designed to meet people in real life—whether they are navigating motherhood, career shifts, personal growth, or a deeper desire to understand their calling.

Darlene is especially passionate about helping women who have spent years pouring into others but now find themselves asking, “What about me?” Her work creates space for those women to rediscover themselves, redefine their next chapter, and move forward with purpose.
