When parents and childcare professionals communicate clearly, children benefit from greater consistency and trust. I help both sides move past frustration, clarify expectations, and build respectful conversations that support the child's growth at home and in care.
Stress can quickly affect the emotional tone of a classroom or household. Through practical coaching and mental health-informed support, I help create steadier routines, healthier responses, and more peaceful environments where children can feel safe and regulated.
Children do best when the adults in their lives are working toward the same goals. I help families and providers develop shared understanding, consistent strategies, and a united approach that gives children the connection and stability they need.
Strong relationships are the foundation of healthy development and effective care. My coaching helps reduce tension, strengthen trust, and foster more compassionate interactions between parents, providers, and the children they serve.

Hi, I'm Darlene Williamson, and I help childcare programs and families create calmer, healthier, and more connected environments for children. I'd love to share a little about my journey, my heart for this work, and how my experience can support yours.

Meet Rev. Darlene Williamson

I am Rev. Darlene Williamson — wife, mom, grandma, ordained Baptist minister, ICF-certified coach, and early childhood educator with over 40+ years working with children and families. I created DivineMomLife LLC because I kept meeting childcare professionals and mothers who were doing everything for everybody with nobody doing anything for them.

I am a credentialed certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF-ACC) and the Christian Coaches Network International (CCNI). I hold degrees in early childhood education and I am completing a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling. I am also certified in family coaching, addiction recovery, wellness, and relationships. I am also completing a Health and Wellness Board certification which includes a Nutrition certification.

But more than any of that — I understand what it means to love children and still feel lost inside your own life. That is exactly why I designed my programs for you.
